GETTING STARTED

Access your restaurant safely

Each user should sign in with an individual identity—never a shared staff account.

  1. Find your workspace IDUse the private ID in your invitation. The public sign-in page does not expose a restaurant directory.
  2. Enter your work identityUse your work email and password, or your organization’s SSO when enabled.
  3. Complete verificationFollow any MFA or identity-provider prompt required by your organization.
  4. Confirm your scopeAfter sign-in, verify the restaurant, location and role shown in the workspace.
